Those who are qualified TET also Written Exam under West Bengal School Service Examination are called for Personality Test.

In Personality Test for recruitment of Assistant Teacher following subjects / matters are taken into consideration. And questions may be asked or discussion may be happen on following matters.

• Related Personal Information. That includes information about family / residence / academics (school/college/university) /hobbies / present status(what he or see doing now a days) etc.
• Elementary Islamic Knowledge.
• Child Psychology / Teaching Aptitude. And school related issues.
• Environment related issues.
• Syllabus up to X or XII and basic knowledge about the subject / subjects on school level for which the candidates is appeared.
• Simple Basic question on subject /subjects for which for which the candidate is appeared
• Recent important issues (Social/Political/Sports) etc.
